1. Beauty Products (Hair Oils & Topical Products)
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at claire@overundr.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damaged product
3. A brief description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
2. Vitamins & Supplements
Returns are not accepted for vitamins or supplements, but if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Digital Products (e-Books & Digital Downloads)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you encounter an issue accessing your product, please contact us at claire@overundr.com, and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in cases where a replacement is not possible for defective or damaged goods.
